Mt. Malasimbo is a sacred mountain for the locals. A conical-shaped mountain, it is believed that when dark clouds cover the summit of this mountain, a typhoon is coming.

Step 1: Submit the application form (Download it Here) and complete requirements to BUSINESS
             ONE-STOP-SHOP (BOSS) COUNTER for one-time assessment and payment of tax, fees and other
             charges
 
             Note: Please proceed to BFP to secure FSIC (Fire Safety Inspection Certificate), just show your
                       assessment/order of payment. (You may download FSIC Application Form here)
 
Step 2: Claim the business permit and other regulatory permits and clearances at the BOSS RELEASING
             COUNTER

Step 1: Fill up the Online Application Form and submit complete requirements Here
            Notes:
            1. Our BPLO staff will process your application and order of payment will be sent via email
            2. Pay Online, click the link provided in the email

            3. Kindly screenshot your payment and copy of your FSIC and send it via email
