BFP-FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION SYSTEM (FSIS)
An online platform that allows users to apply for Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC) in Building Permit and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) in Business Permit for New and Renewal, and in Occupancy Permit. The FSIS is designed to streamline the application process and expedite the issuance of certificates and clearances.
STEP 1: REGISTER
*Create your account, visit fsis.e-bfp.com
* Fill-up the necessary information and click "SIGN-UP"
*Check your "INBOX" or "SPAM" on your email for account validation
STEP 2: APPLY
*Once registered, "LOG-IN" your account. Click "APPLY NOW" on your dashboard and select the application you need
a. Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC)
b. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) for Occupancy or Business Permits, and
c. Clearances
* Upload the necessary requirements to complete your application
STEP 3: PAYMENT
* After checking the completeness of your application, the ASSESSOR will assess necessary Fire Code Fees.
* You can "VIEW" or "PRINT" the order of payment for you application
*Pay the assessed fire code fees, click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" to process your payment
STEP 4: EVALUATION INSPECTION
*Designated Fire Safety Evaluator or Inspector will "EVALUATE" or "INSPECT" based on application submitted.
*Check the recommendations or notices in your account dashboard
STEP 5: RELEASING
*You can now "VIEW" or "DOWNLOAD" your certificate or clearances by clicking "NEW DETAIL" on your application.
