The pleasantness of Dinalupihan is measured through the number of public utilities present in the municipality. It can be said that residents and investors in town enjoy quality service being provided by major utility companies engaged in telephone and telecommunication industry, electric power and water supply. Major telephone companies servicing the town are the Philippine Long distance Company (PLDT), Digital Telecommunications (Digitel) and Bayan Telecommunications (BayanTel). Cellular phones are also available as companies like Smart and Globe have their respective cellsites in various parts of Dinalupihan.

 

Radio Communications Philippines, Inc. (RCPI) continues to provide telegram and telegraph services. Dinalupihan is 100 percent energized and being served by the Peninsula Electric Cooperative (Penelco) and the National Power Corporation (Napocor). In the absence of a regular movie house in town, the Mt. Malasimbu CATV provides residents with dependable quality television programs. The major source of water for domestic use is groundwater. The Dinalupihan Water Districts I and II serve both the lowland and some upland barangays. Other residents use existing water systems such as artesian and open wells, pumps and pipeline with tanks. Dinalupihan has a total of seven commercial banks, three hospitals and several health clinics, recreational facilities and a public market. Major bus lines, mini-bus and jeepneys coming from Manila, San Fernando (Pampanga), Olongapo City and Balanga pass through Dinalupihan. The most common types of transport within the municipality are jeepneys, and motorized and non-motorized tricycles. Restaurants and eateries abound in Dinalupihan. Jollibee Restaurant, Greenwich and Chowking have their respective outlets in town
